We do not charge your card until the offer has closed. You will be able to print and redeem your Certificate at 10am the day the offer closes. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to print your Certificate when it's ready.

To access your Certificate, go to popsugarcity.com and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on your name in the top navigation bar – found in upper left hand corner of the site – and select "My Purchases" from the drop down menu. Print out the appropriate Certificate and redeem. Your computer must be capable of reading a PDF to access the Certificate.

Additionally, you may have accessed our site through the traditional log in as well as via Facebook Connect (which isn't necessarily linked to the same email). These two accounts are separate. To make sure you are accessing the correct account, please log out of Facebook and PopSugar City. Then log in to PopSugar City using the email address and password you used when purchasing.

Yes, you must print out your Certificate to redeem.

You most likely are a subscriber, but not a user. A PopSugar City user has made a purchase and has an account (with a corresponding password) on our site. A PopSugar City subscriber is on one or more of our email distribution lists, but has yet to make a purchase. When you decide to make your first PopSugar City purchase, you will create an account during the purchase flow.

You received a Billing Error email because there was a problem processing your credit card. Examples of things that can prevent your card from being billed include an expired card or hold on your account.

To edit your credit card information, log in to your PopSugar City account. Go to the My Stuff -> Account section of the site. Check your credit card and billing information to make certain a valid credit card is on file and that the address matches the address the credit card company has on file. We can hold your purchase for three days from the date the Billing Error email was sent.

Unfortunately, our third party billing processor places a time limit during which billing errors must be corrected. We are only able to allow up to three days to fix the billing error and then must cancel the purchase. Because the three day time period has elapsed we had to cancel your purchase.

Unfortunately, we can't track which Certificates you have redeemed. In the Certificate section of your account, you have the capability to mark individual Certificates as redeemed. In addition, each business keeps their own records of which Certificates have been used. You are welcome to contact them directly to see if they can inform you which Certificates you have redeemed.

To change your password, head to www.popsugarcity.com and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on "My Stuff" – in the upper right hand corner of the site – and select "My Account" from the drop down menu. On the "My Account" page you will be able to update your password as well as edit any other information related to your account.

Referring your friends is a great way to earn credits on PopSugar City. On all offer pages, on the right hand side (under the timer) there is a "Share with friends" section. Here you can use the Facebook, Twitter or organic URLs to share the offer with your friends.

At this time, we are unable to change the name displayed on your Certificate. The name appearing on the Certificate will not hinder your friend's ability to redeem so long as they bring in the printed out Certificate and the specific offer allows for the Certificate to be given to friends.

The best way to determine if a coupon code was applied is by looking at the Purchase Confirmation email that is sent after the offer closes. This email contains a breakdown of the purchase, including any credits or coupons applied.

To unsubscribe from our daily emails, simply click on the "Unsubscribe me" hyperlink at the bottom of the offer email. This will remove you from the email list for the city for which the email was sent.
